All sales are final, we will not accept returned products due to sanitary precautions.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will refund you a partial compensation of upto 50% off your purchase price.

No refunds will be honored after 30 days from purchase.

A full refund can be granted prior to shipment of soaps. Shipment is usually done the next day after a purchase is placed and or when a confirmation email is sent that purchase is fulfilled and/or a tracking number is provided.

Coupons can only be applied to purchases being made at that time/ coupons cannot be applied to prior purchases and after the transaction is complete. A coupon CAN NOT be applied after an order is placed.

Only coupons that are specifically dedicated to gift cards can be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

All soaps are for external use only and LUVMYSOAPS will not be responsible for any accidental or intentional ingestion or use of soap other than it's intended purpose that can result in any harm. LUVMYSOAPS are intended for the sole purpose to wash externally surfaces of the skin.

If accidental ingestion or allergic reaction occur please seek medical attention immediately.

Please read all ingredients on soap packaging and this website and do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.

If you have a medical skin condition, open cuts, bruises, laceration, scraped or any damage to your skin of any kind, using any soaps can cause further damage, Please see a medical professional and follow the advice of a medical professional, do not use luvmysoaps as a cure and or treatment.
